We have some more exciting news today - speaking to the MD of Barratt Homes - they have agreed to offer exclusive deals for UK investors and will be running a Property School at one of their show-flats in London in the near future. Barratt Homes' extensive range means we can extend our range of properties in great locations even further. We want our clients to feel they have a sweet shop of choices to give them great returns.
With news yesterday about inflation rates at 4.4% the public are even more aware that any savings need to achieve over 5% to break even - they are losing money if they dont.
As property is made with materials that rise in price with inflation and also with a huge under-supply situation in the UK means we are hedged against inflation and due another surge in prices.
